About Me
I’ve been in love with making music for over 25 years. I studied theory and performance in Liverpool, progressing to studio recording and production at Goldsmiths University.
Moving to London, I became a session musician - touring Europe and performing at countless festivals, including Glastonbury. I was also a bassist and formative member of UK hip-hop band Lazy Habits, helping to establish its unique sound of rhymes, beats, bass and brass.
I’ve worked with major record labels, advertising agencies and film production companies - most recently having 39 compositions synchronised over series 2 and 3 of Clarkson’s Farm for Amazon. I’ve also had the privilege of recording in iconic studios such as London’s Metropolis and Peter Gabriel’s Real World Studios.
Well-versed in Logic Pro X, I’m a multi-instrumentalist, composer and songwriter who is versatile, collaborative and eclectic in the music I produce: catchy, upbeat grooves; emotive Americana; rousing classical orchestrations and minimal, meditative soundtracks.
I will embrace a brief and run with it. Understanding exactly what my client needs is paramount - while respecting their budget, brand and timeline.
